This community has been created to offer a limited number of luxury detached single family homes all with private swimming pools and fully landscaped gardens, designed using architectural features, contruction materials and a state of the art security never before seen in Thailand.

Security starts at the electronic gates, Video surveillance of the perimeter of the project is controlled from the guardhouse. Each house has its individual alarm. Direct intercom with the guardhouse allows residents to accept visitors. Only approved visitors are granted entrance to the dwelling. Inside, the villas also have been designed with your safety and comfort in mind. All master bedrooms and living rooms have panic buttons connected to the guardhouse. There are telephones in all master bathrooms. For your peace of mind we have even installed swimming pool alarms to prevent accidents. All Security features will be controlled with just one remote control.
